Shipping Policy :

Orders are processed within two to three business days.

After processing, orders are shipped within five business days. 

Shipping takes 3-7 days depending upon location. 

Tracking information is sent out via email within seven days after the order is placed. 

Orders that include custom made items may take an additional three days, for creation.

Refunds Policy : 

All sales are final. 

There may be no returns on anything worn, opened, or tampered with. An exchange may be offered, depending upon situation.

Please ensure all contact information is up to date and remember, you are booking in CST/CDT. 
All sales are final and there are no refunds for no shows, so if you cannot make your appointment please reach out as soon as possible. 
If you are able to, you should cleanse your space before the reading, and try to separate yourself from others during your reading. 
Please understand that everyone’s time is important. If you go over your reading time by more than 15 minutes.. you may be invoiced. 
Until the invoice is paid, no further services may be booked, unless otherwise discussed.

I do understand that it can be disappointing if a spiritual service doesn't produce the results you were hoping for. However, it's important to remember that spiritual work is exactly that, spiritual, and the physical has to align. Workings can be influenced by many factors, but primarily the recipient's state of mind and the timing of the service.

Regardless, it's always up to the Spirits. This applies, with any practitioner.
